Signal3 turns the invisible state of AI Agent work into a physical traffic light, then connects product definition, hardware MVP, product page, store listing and content testing. Signal3 把 AI Agent 的工作状态变成桌面红绿灯，并把产品定义、硬件 MVP、详情页、商品上架和内容测试连成完整链路。
Problem 问题
AI Agent work is hard to perceive: a task may be waiting, running, blocked or finished, but the user still has to check the screen repeatedly. AI Agent 的工作状态很难被感知：它可能在等待、运行、卡住或完成，但用户仍然要不断回到屏幕确认。
Method 方法
I used a traffic-light metaphor to define the product, then pushed it through visual assets, hardware MVP thinking, product-page copy and Taobao listing logic. 我用红绿灯隐喻定义产品，再推进视觉素材、硬件 MVP 思路、详情页文案和淘宝商品上架逻辑。
Result 结果
The project became a concrete AI product practice: not only a concept page, but also a sellable object connected to social content and e-commerce testing. 这个项目不是概念页，而是一次完整的 AI 产品练习：有实物方向、有销售页面，也能接入社媒内容和电商测试。
